The hotel is in need of a major renovation. The AC in our room was always running on HI and could not be lowered. I slept with sock and a sweater. While the rooms are clean the bathrooms need to be gutted and redone. The staff is all very friendly and polite, but their representative to promote Presidente vacation packages at a 50% discount are "a little pushy". The food is not the greatest. Breakfast buffet is OK, but their lunch and dinner menus leave a lot to be desire. I will not be staying there anytime soon and would not recommend this hotel.

take the bus use the bus to get to zuo,its only 7 pesos and runs every 5 minutes.
Restaurant El Faro and Teleferico Have dinner at the Restaurant El Faro, on the top of the rise at the south end of the beach. We had a very nice meal at a reasonable price, with good service, and the views are spectacular. Take the teleferico (cable car) there from the beach area at the Pacifica Hotel.
