Trip to Contoy Go find Captain Tony (Matamoros avenue in downtown Isla) to book a trip to Contoy. It's a wonderful little island, and it's a great day trip. You leave about 9 in the morning and return around 4pm. This includes snorkeling, hanging out and exploring this great island (similiar to a national park - it's a bird sanctuary) and having a lunch that includes fresh grilled fish/chicken, guacamole, etc.

Snorkelling at Garrafon Park Don't do it. We paid the $50 each for the all inclusive food and drink and snorkelling and spent the day at Garrafon. Saw a few fish and it was a nice day, good food and drink. A few days later we went to the hotel a couple doors away and paid the $4 admission to get in to snorkel. There was a bar, and food pay as you go. Saw more fish and had a better time at this place. You can actually swin over to Garrafon, although I don't know why you'd want to. For the $90 difference you could never eat and drink that much and still be walking.
