This is the worst hotel I had ever stayed in, the shower did not work, the bed was horrible, they did not have enough blankes and we were freeezing during night and in addition to all that the noise was horrible, we couldn´t sleep at all. And the price excesive

Of all the places we stayed in Mexico I wanted to review this one, if only to say thank you to the Rodriguez family who looked after us so well. My husband and I travelled with our teenage son and this hotel was truly memorable for us all. The staff went out of their way to be helpful,the rooms were pleasant and clean and the view over Guanajuato was outstanding and well worth the picturesque (and somewhatsteep) climb to get there. The only drawback was that there was no on- site restaurant although there is a good bakery close by.
