In the lobby and hallways the Roma, now called the Quality Inn, has not lost its glamour but when you stepped into the room, it was lacking. The towels were worn, the bedspreads looked old and even the lampshades have seen their better days. Tile was missing in the shower and they had covered it with a piece of plastic. We had been customers of the Roma on many occasions in our lifetime and this was the worst condition that I had seen her. We had ordered our rooms on line and there was a mistake on how many people were staying in our room. According to the information that we received on the internet, we were overcharged for the extra people. So be sure to print all of your information to show them what you have been promised. Your confirmation number isn't enough for them to get the same information that you received on the internet. |
