Very run down, said there was a free breakfast per paid guest/there was not, cig burns in towels (towels dirty and falling apart, comforters old with holes, old beds with springs poking up, flat pillows, broken toilet and TV, very few employees, would only give one towel per person, pool was dirty and unheated, charged for water, made to pay in full before arrival, staff was not friendly and barley anyone knew any English. I couldn't sleep at all, made for a bad birthday. I ended up after multiple complaints/ requests calling cooperate and demanding my money back in tears, then I stayed at a 4 star hotel nearby for 2 dollars less a night.
