Chef Rod has done wonders with the menue. The food was excellent, menue selection diverse and presentation that equalled flavor. Angelina Lopez was our executive sales representative and responded to our groups needs promptly. Well Done.

The waitstaff was great and the bartender was the best! Watch out for the guys in the orange polos that book tours. They say you can back out, but it is a huge hassle. The Tulum trip is great, but I recommend the Tulum express if you don't want to be on a schedule for 12 hours. The jeep tour was lame. IF you want to swim with dolphins take a taxi to chaka naab for $4 and buy the ticket there(which is very cool). Also, if you want to dive go to the dive shop past the breakfast restaurant and book at the dive shop. If you dive stay, here and get the all inclusive, it's great!

This resort is not for you if you expect everything in the world ! If you want a good value, location, good service and people, this is it. We have a group of 8 or more that have stayed here the past 2 years (we couldn't this year for obvious reasons). We're all from 37-50 years old and can't wait to go back. You are 5 minutes from town, the reefs for diving are in the area, and can rent scooters for a good price to tour the island. The swim with the dolphins is just down the road, parasailing picks you up at the pier . The food is very good, from breakfast til dinner, you can get lunch delivered to the pool bar. They have activities daily and nightly. Rooms are clean , and the staff is always willing to help. The beach is not huge, but for just relaxing and catchin rays is perfect. Also, not a lot of spring-breakers.
