My brother and I were there for about 6 nights the room was a little old but clean, the guy at the front desk tried to cheat me a few bucks from my change but that's ok, that happens everywhere in Mexico, when you buy a bus ticket or paying for any services people always do that so I'm used to it. The rest of the staff were very nice and helpful, I would recommend anyone going to cdj stay there.

My wife and I loved this hotel. We stayed for 6 days and everything was fine. The three people that I met on the front desk during our stay were very nice and helpful. If we needed advice or directions, they were ready to help. The price was very reasonable, too. There are several restaurants close by, and the US consulate is just a couple minutes away. The bus route to downtown Juarez stops very close to the hotel. I would have given it a 10 if it wasn't because of the lack of a laundry room for customers in the hotel, but we managed to survive. (PS. talk to the cleaning lady, but don't tell anybody :-) )

I would like to let you know how disappointed I am because my family was in your hotel for 3 days and those were a nightmare. I would like to have some one to contact me as soon as possible and I want to request a refund for the days that we paid but we left before.
