Great gardens Terrible rooms

I attended to teach at a seminar (at the same hotel) staying 3 nights. Rooms are terribly bad, no maintenance, no internet, must pay a deposit in advance for the TV remote control, and it is far from Chilpancingo Center. I have stayed at another 3 star hotel (this one is suppose to be 4 stars) in town and is lot better !! (OMBU). Gardens are nice, but rooms are simply, un-recommendable.
