I stayed here on holiday, and the location is good if you want to see the Chicken Itza ruins. The bungalows are also nice, although the thatching on the roofs attracts bugs. When I arrived I was 'upgraded' to a bungalow. When I checked my credit card it turned out they had charged me twice, and when I asked for a refund they charged me for the upgrade, which I was quite miffed about. The hotel itself is nice and the gardens are beautiful but make sure to check your credit card bill, and if you are 'upgraded' make sure to ask if its free. Better still, pay in cash and don't give them your credit card details if possible.
