All in this hotel is a lie. Transportation from Merida's airport is in an old dirty van, without AC. The places smells like city drain, the personell in special the general manager are rude lacking of service attitude an lacking of manners. The pace is like a Toyota Prius it is fashion and in the green wave, hut more sooner than later you will miss your luxury BMW. Stay away fromthis place it is. Big lie! By the way I received an apologize message from the owner, but it is clear the manager did not inform the whole situation because was very partial.

In eco Paraiso you will be able to find everything. The isolation provides a peaceful environment, but at the same time you can enjoy the wonders of nature. The price is worth it! food is delicious, they always have a veggie option, and the water is perfect for children, shallow and no waves.

Top Local Tips for Celestun

Celestun Flamingo Sanctuary This is well worth a visit. Boats can be rented in Celestun.

La Palapa Restaurant and Bar Relax and have some Pulpo (octopus) and a drink before you call or while waiting for pickup from the resort. Only 2 min. walk from the bus station.

nature trip definitely take advantage of the 1/2 day or full day boat trips to see the wildlife
