I felt like i was in heaven. I've been on vacations before at resorts but this resort tops them all. Not only are the rooms immaculate, the food delicious and the BEACH is OFFICIAL! They have a very big beach. That's where i'm staying when i go to Mexico again.

Have seen some harsh reviews;was afraid of what to expect at this hotel. Have been coming to Cancun since 1990. Great part of the beach, friendly, helpful staff. The food, not GREAT, but not disappointing. Our room (a studio) was clean, nice ocean view. I've found alot of the experience is your mindset. I always go to make friends, not treat people as servents. I was treated wonderfully by the entire staff. A kind word can get you alot. That, with a buck or 2 and you are treated like a queen. Any request we had, the staff did their very best to accomadate us. By the 2nd day we were on 1st name basis. I plan to stay again. I declined the timeshare deal, and was NOT approached again other than to say Good Morning Cindy. Treat people with kindness and respect here and it is returned in spades!

The hotel was absolutely great and the staff was great. All the meals that were provided were great. Everything was catered to my every need just perfectly. I had a blast there.
