I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. The staff are very nice. The rooms are clean. The only drawback is that you have to knock to get into the hotel late of an evening.

I have stayed numerous times at this property and it is the best kept secret in Mexico. Close to everything and right across from some of the best shopping in Cancun, it is ideal for the bargain hunter.

The rooms have always been spotless, the staff is friendly and they have the best lobster dinners in the state!

The only drawback that I have ever found is that the front gates lock at night and security had to let us in, but that might have changed since our last stay. At least we felt safe!

If you are the type that really only needs the room to sleep in and you plan on being at the beach or sightseeing, this is definitely the best and most economical property in Cancun.

Excellent lunches to be had

4 of us were walking in Cancun, looking for a good lunch site, and I found it here. I only wish we had come back for dinner, what a wonderful meal we had! Our server and his partner in the kitchen made sure we had the freshest guacamole and chips that could be had, they mashed the avacadoes, and deep fried the chips on the spot!
We will return!

Small hotel in Cancun down town, very clean rooms nice swimming pool and great margaritas 20% off to hotel guest in restaurant the best lobster not to mention Mexican food.
