I Had The Best Time There Best Of All It Was My Mums And Dads Wedding And It Was Lovely i would defo go Back again Not Only The Food Was Nice But So Was The People There and the acts on at nice was unbeliveable :] Best Place

Food poisoning

I have been visiting this hotel for years and my last visit I got food poisoning but the hotel did nothing for me. They assumed that I was just "hung over" and when I returned to the states I continued to fax complaints with no response. They suck.

This was second year on the run we visited this hotel, best hotel ever been too! Due to hurricane it was closed 2006 so had to stay in oasis playa, which was not in the same league as this hotel! Food was excellent, fresh everyday. Location was perfect but what really made this hotel was the staff, they would do anything for you. We went to a different club every night organised by them! Drinks were very strong, little tip goes a long way! Can't wait till it opens again so can go back there, just hope the entertainment staff are the same and the service!

I loved this hotel, the staff were very friendly and we got on really well with them. The food was lovely and their was quite a good option of drinks available. I loved it and would definately go back.

Staff were fabulous and service excellant. The hotel needed refurbishment at the time but everything was very clean and the food was good. A very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, one of the best holidays we have had.
