The most beautiful and friendly hotel ever!
The Fiesta Americana Condesa is the most amazing hotel ever. My husband and I have stayed at teh Condesa three times now. We are going again in May and would stay nowhere else but the Condesa. We have stayed at two other hotels in Cancun which were both beautiful hotels but the service and friendliness was nothing compared to what the Condesa has to offer. Just a few examples of what the Condesa is like. We mistakenly left our room safe open with our money, travel information, etc in it. When we arrived back in out room a note was left stating we had left our safe open. Nothing was missing and if I remember correctly, the safe was shut and we ahd to contact the front desk to have the safe reopened. Several of the staff even remembered us from the first visit to the second and one came up to us while we were laying by the pool and to our surprise said "Welcome back my friend, I remember you from last year". My husband and I stayed at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun in March 2003, and there are no words expressive enough to adequately describe the amazement of this hotel. The staff was first-class all the way!!! The scenery is absolutely breath-taking, both inside the hotel and outside on the beach. The food was exquisite! The service was impeccable! There is always something to do whether it be adventurous or just kicking back and relaxing. If you leave the grounds, the shopping areas were full of variety, there are so many tourist attractions, etc. However, the hotel offers so much and the atmosphere, climate and surroundings are extremely beautiful that you really have no need to leave. I could go on and on.... I can't wait till we have an opportunity to return, it would be a dream!
