We have just returned from a 14 night stay at Dreams, Cancun. We can honestly say this is the best holiday we have ever had. It has been the first all inclusive holiday and I am sure there will be many more after visiting this hotel. We were so impressed with the quality of hotel, staff, food, spa, beeches, facilities (could not faulty anything!! Only downside was the 10 hour flight - not too bad on way out - but terribly jet-lagged on journey home! BUT IT WAS ALL WORTH IT!

We were supposed to stay a week at Dreams Tulum, but were offered the weekend at Dreams Cancun because Tulum was overbooked. Our children were 6 and 9. They loved the pool and lagoon, plus the iguanas and hermit crabs that came out at night. The Cancun property was much cleaner than the Tulum property, but the food was better in Tulum. Service was mostly good. We already want to go backnext summer.

My family and I stayed at dreams Cancun. The resort is beautiful and the staff is great. However, there were 10 of us 4 teens 4 adults and 2under 10 yrs. Our only problem with the resort is that there needed to be some evening events for the teens such as a teen club and an adult club that played all types of music on the property. We made that suggestion and the resorts resolution was that the teens could get a discounted admission to senior frogs were alcohol is served and we still had to pay for $15.00 per person. The resort has the notion that every one who travels to Cancun go for the parties on the out side which is not true. And then why pay for all inclusive if you’re not going to stay, party and eat at your resort.
