This was the best holiday we have ever been on. If you are there just to have a good time then it is fabulous! We could not fault the hotel or the rooms. We had a club room which was just beautiful and the bar tenders in that particular bar are so nice and really just keep the drink coming. Each member of staff are actually so pleasant. I am particularly fussy about food, however, it was so good. I liked the Italian the best. The French and Mexican was not to my taste but my boyfriend loved it. The bus into the center is so cheap and is a bit like a Fred Flinstone bus as there were holes in the floor, which we found quite funny. Would go back in a minute

Dissapointed in the room service, beer we ordered where brought up in plasic juice glass with plasic wrap over top of juice glass. Head to pay extra for maid service. Too much noise from the generator, music too loud by pools, work being done in one pool area very noisy. Only 2 resteraunts open a day. Would not go back

We booked months in advance for a king room with an ocean view. We got a double with a view of the air conditioning unit. The bathroom floor had never ending water coming up out of the tile. After complaining, we were moved to a room with an ocean view, but no king bed. Front desk told us that you get whatever room is available at the time that you arrive. This place was kid central. Do not get me wrong, I love children. It is good thing there is an adult pool available. The food and service was good. You have to make resversations for the restaurants that were on the property, about 2-3 days ahead. I will not return to the Crown Paradise Cancun.

We stayed in a honeymoon suite which was beautiful, but was incorrectly advertised as having access to the Crown Club (when we got there we were told we did not). The food was plentiful but not very good. As mentioned in another review, the fresh fruit and the spicy fresh salsa were very tasty but there is a lot of reheated/ recooked food. The French restaurant was the best, the Italian one the worst. The beach is not safe for small children or weak swimmers. (Pay attention to the red flags.) I would not stay there again.

Food great, hotel great,entertainment great. Can't fault the place at all. Kids were a bit annoying, but they are easily ignored. Would def go back. 10/10
