The Best Vacation ever

Crown Paradise hotel is amazing. Not only because of the beautiful hotel and ocean view, but also because of its staff. I went through hurricane wilma in october, we all had to evacuate the hotel, and go to a school inland about 10 miles in cancun. This hurricane was no joke tho, and it reached all the way up to a CATEGORY 5, which is the worst. Are shelter staff, which were from the hotel, were immensly helpful and made us feel very safe. They could always put a smile on someones face, and did everything they could to make the best out of this inconvenient situation. We always had enough food and water, which most shelters didnt, and we were able to stay in our shelter as comfotably as possible, considering the other shelters were flooded and people were standing. The staff worked so hard to make sure all of us were okay during this time of destruction and i was very lucky to have stayed at Crown Paradise, because if i hadnt, who knows how other hotels would have handled this situation. Crown Paradise Club is the BEST hotel in cancun because of its tremendous staff, its amazing hotel structure and scenery, and much more, so if you want to have a good, and safe time, go to CROWN PARADISE! ...and you'll be happy you did!

We honeymooned in this hotel in October 2005. We had 9 fantastic days before Wilma struck! The hotel and its staff are out of this world. Lots and lots to do, never a dull moment. Great for kids, we had our 7 year old son with us and he had a ball. adults will have a great time too. Nothing beats sitting by the crystal clear sea enjoying a teqella sunrise hehe. Even though Wilma was terrfied (us scottish people are not used to hurricanes hehe) us we'd go back to the crown paradise in a flash. I have been to many all inclusive resorts throught the world and this s the best by far! you could eat 24/7 its amazing please if you get a chance go and have a tequella sunrise for me hehe and go to the sla mujeras and swim with the dolphins wow! going to Spain this year but my heart will be in Cancun!

You need inspiration to write your first ever hotel review... You like to climb stairs because the elevators don't work...
You have a dislike for computers, internet access, or phone systems that work...
You like room safes that do not work, but you'll pay $80.00usd if you loose the key...
You need to practice newly acquired stress management techniques… You like to elevate your blood pressure to show off the pulsing vein in your forehead, every time you speak with the hotel management... You need to learn to accept the word “NO”, even for the most simple of requests, like a receipt...
You like towel rationing... You like to visit Mayan Ruins... You like small firm mattresses and I mean really firm... You think a blown-over dead palm tree is a thing of beauty... You would rather not have a refrigerator, bottled water, or a mini-bar in your room... You like walking through a wind tunnel every time you enter the lobby...
You would like to take up smoking, but would rather not buy cigarettes... You like a view of a sewage plant from the only adult pool on the property... You love animals, especially thousands of dragonflies inside the lobby every time it rains... You like the sound of concrete saws and hammer drills in the morning... You like open electrical boxes with wires hanging out... You like construction workers eyeing your daughters...
You like waiting in lines before dinner to build your appetite... You need inspiration to start smoking cigars, like to thin out a waiting line... You like a Maraca band screaming in your ear during dinner...
You like your fillet mignon cut thin, really thin... You like to eat dinner next to an operating mechanical bull... You like a Brokeback Mountain cowboy yelling in your ear while you eat dinner... You dislike tempting desserts that would ruin your diet...
You like to take your family out to dinner, even when you're staying at an all inclusive resort... You like to say things like, “What's that funky smell” or, “What's with this Milk”... The only beer for you is Corona, even if you had another choice...
You would rather not have the hotel wait-staff bother you while you're resting by the beach or pool; random street vendors are OK though... You like drinks served in really small glasses, so you can have more of them... You like beach combing, especially for pieces of a ruined hotel... You love children, especially ones that scream and throw sand and things... You like a nice relaxing massage next to a pool, especially one full of screaming children... You think a scavenger hunt on a wet concrete floor for the kids is a good thing... You like people yelling into a microphone all day while you're trying to relax... You like to leave your towels and things on pool chairs that you won't use all day...

Crown Paradise was amazing, staff were amazingly friendly, rooms were cleaned well even though bedding seemed a bit old was still clean, great view, always something to do for every agegroup, great trips around mexico, nice pools, entertainment staff the best etc etc. we even got evacuated because of wilma and all the staff carried on working hard and keeping us safe and happy. I would advise anybody to go to crown paradise just choose your times well, hotel may not be open for a while due to damage from huricane wilma but i will deffinately visit again when it is rebuilt!

I just returned from a stay at this hotel last week. We had a 31 member family reunion there. This hotel is dirty. The air conditioning did not work properly. The facility is run down deperately in need of repairs/upgrades. Management staff is non-responsive. Food is cafeteria like. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in 2001 with a group of family, and I LOVED it. It's a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, yummy food, and tons to do. My one-year-old cousin, eighty-year-old great grandma and everyone in between had a blast, and I hope to go again.
One word: AWESOME!!

Stayed at The Crown Paradise Spa in March with my 2 daughters. Staff was great, room service excellent, food was the greatest especially the seafood restaurant. The service at this restaurant the best even better than Montreal. Would stay at this resort again.
