Great trip

So we stayed at the Hyatt Cancun Caribe and first we got our room. It was amazing but I was locked in the bathroom because there was no door handle. So no big deal and got a new room. Then the beach was so clear and beautiful and pool service was great the next day. But our room wasn't cleaned all the way (one bed made). Our toilet was clogged twice and forgot to give new shampoo twice. they did give an apologie letter and fruit though. Everything was good after that untill my sister got sick. Salmonilla poisioning. Then my mom and dad got it and on the airplane ride wasn't pretty. We aren't sure if it was from the eggs at the hotel or at a restraunt but they are now miserable. Lucky I didn't get it because nobody can take care of them and im the crankiest. Overall it was great.

Outstanding Service - Beautiful Pool

The resort was very nice, with many new buildings after the hurricane. All restaurants we went to were good food, although a little pricey. Staff was unbelieveably helpful and friendly. Infinity pool and swim up bar was used every day and very nice. Easy to the beach from room and view from balcony awesome. Not many organized activities but not many people at resort and we went for total relaxation which we got. I would stay here again but would like to see meal plan or maybe all inclusive just because every small item was charged for including small packet of coffe for small pot in the mornings.
