I didnt know what to expect when on arrival. The reps are a good laugh, and always entertaining. The activities are good and you cant knock the facilities. Some of the food however may be average. The bus to the clubs every night and table on the dance floor makes you feel like VIP's. I intend on going back though.

The staff where rubbish, the room smelt and the room service was appaling. You managed to ruin my holiday.

Our trip was changed at the last minute due to some issues w/ the travel agency used, so when they put us at the BBC and we were in route, we were some what nervous. When we arrived, we were welcomed and treated as if we were supposed to be there the entire time, like family. The staff at BBC make BBC what it is. We went over to the BBG for a few hours and came back because that type of entertainment, just wasn't for us (it just seemed like a giant Spring Break party all week). The outings to the night clubs with the entertainment staff were awsome. The guys made us feel like they were taking care of us all night. We had so much fun, we are planning another trip very soon, hoping to stay longer next time. :) Dario, Marco, Charley and Jacob MADE this vacation for us. Thanks guys!

Well i can safely say this was one of the best holidays ever! if you are just about to go you are so lucky!! All of the staff are excellent, especiallt the entertainment staff they work so hard. Thos holiday was excellent value for money and i'll definitely be going back.

We had a fantastic time during our stay with you.
The hotel staff, entertainment staff were all amazing, very helpful and made the holiday much more than we anticipated it would be. Thank you all very much, hope to return again soon.

Blue bay club is amazing, the entertainer are gr8, i only came back a few days ago and already trying to book to go agen this year. People of all ages will love it and the nightlife is gr8, I am loking for a place out in Mexico. I cant wait>

Having just returned from the Blue Bay Club for the 2nd time I would say that if you are looking for a decent hotel in an affordable price bracket then this is the one for you. This hotel has it all, friendly attentive staff great location, fantastic Mexican surroundings and fabulous food.

I thought blue bay club in cancun,mexico was the best holiday and hotel i've ever been to.It was so good im coming back at christmas. The staff are really nice and helpfull all through the day. The food was to an excellant standard and the nightlife entertainment in the hotel was excellant aswell.All through the day there are activities goin on.

Top Local Tips for Cancun

a little goes a long way. The bbc is all inc. so it says tips are included, but we normally give tips. You don't feel pressured to tip like at some places. We tipped the bartenders and we never had to wait in line for a drink, even when there was a line they would just bring our usual over. They work very hard and get paid very little, so if they treat you good show them you appreciate it.

defenitly rent a car If you rent a car you can even drive to other cities and see outside of cancun. And driving in cancun is alot of fun especially with those circle islands everywhere. (but also use caution)

Xhel Ha Make sure you go to Xhel Ha it is the most beautiful place on this planet. The Fish area amazing and you mgiht even get lucky and see a turtle. Its a great palce for children, they have a childrens area witht heir own playground, litle swimming pool and the most unique animals. Watch out for the igaunas as they have the right of way. If possible go to Xhel Ha for an entire day skip the Tulum tour and go straight to Xhel ha it is well worth it. Also get the all inclusive package when you go as their breakfast is the best on this side of Mexico.
