Terrible place to stay
We just got back from the barcelo tucancun and we had a terrible time there when we booked this hotel online they said no damage from the hurricane and they had facilities for children. 11 people went 3 of them 13 year old children.
It started at the front desk upon arrival they said one room was not ready. so we all went to the room that was ready and for this room we asked for double beds in all rooms, this room had 1 bed so they said the other room was ready now so they went there while we waited for our change of room they came down a few minutes later because they walked in a room that people were inside of staying. so after 2 hours of trying to get us rooms they got us in some rooms. where to start from there! shower went hot to cold had no water pressure. The television in our room did not work so at night when the children wanted to watch it they couldn't, they put a new one in on the 2nd night after 2 calls to the front desk and never hooked up the cable box, on the 3rd night...Read more
