Unless you wanted to be stranded in Cabo on your next spring break, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I called and reserved a room with my credit card, they charged my credit card without permission, and did not even reserve me room. Luckily I ended up not going to Cabo but had I gone, I would have got there and not had a place to stay. Every hotel in the city was booked. I felt lucky to find this hotel but then when I called to cancel my reservation, they had charged my card and the lady told me they didn't even have a room in my name. Then when I asked for a refund, the owner of the hotel wrote me an insulting letter and didn't give me a full refund. He said I didn't abide by company policy when they are the ones that can't even hold a reservation or follow instructions. This is a warning to anyone that is thinking about staying here. Worst hotel experience I have ever had!! Hands down.
