I loved staying that the Sheraton Hacienda in Cabo. After staying in hotels like The Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasons, my standards were pretty high. I was very very impressed with everything about the Sheraton. The Beach was one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. I have been to the Bahamas and Hawaii so I know beautiful beaches. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Top Local Tips for Cabo San Lucas

Airport Transfers AND food Typically you'll pay $30 each way per person to get from the airport to your hotel. We rented a private town car for $90 ROUND TRIP. It's really a nice private and relaxing way to get to and from the airport, you don't have to share a taxi van with other people you dont know- and it actually cost less to pay $90 round trip for the CAR and up to 3 passengers, than to pay $30 per person, each way. ADDITIONALLY: Bring your Costco card, because you can buy groceries if staying in a condo with either a full or partial kitchen. We paid $80 on average for a meal for two people. Buying groceries and eating Shrimp salad from Costco or a Rotisserie Chicken for $4 once or twice saved us a few hundred dollars.

Time Share Weasels Beware! They will try and get you the minute you get off the plane. They are also disguised as "information" booths in Cabo San Lucas. And if you think your hotel is safe, think again, nearly every hotel in Cabo also sells time shares. Be polite, but be firm if you're not interested. If that does work, just walk away.
