Stayed 3 nights on May 19 - 2005. Service was very good. Especially concierges! Very clean, excellent location if you like boat using activities. These are all in your front yard! You can walk to anything in cab from here. Not on beach must take free water taxi that is every hour from hotel. The boat takes you to the main swimming beach in Cabo. There the hotel has a small club with towels chairs umbrellas. I Did not use the chairs or towels because I spent all time in water. Water was cold for most people but very beautiful!

Time shares! Stay away from the vultures, they are not your tour/hotel guides. Check in and go to your room, just bypass all the unecessary pushiness.
Speak Spanish I recommend that you try to speak Spanish even if it is simple phrases or greetings exchanged with he local people. It's a sign of respect and you will more than likely receive more focused service.
Staying In Town Don't be tempted to stay in town like we were. It gets boring quick and the smells of all the vehicle exhausts are sickening. Stay outside of town and take a cab in the evening, it doesn't cost that much and will save your lungs.
