A first class hotel with loads to do. Staff wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. Food was exceptional, quick service and staff extremely polite. Room was immaculate and grounds very well kept and beautiful. Had a wonderful time on honeymoon and was worth every penny. Only critism was beach wasn't wonderful, but nothing could be done about that. |

I have been to El Cozumeleno twice, the last visit in 2007. I have no complaints at all. The staff are very friendly, the food was very good and plentiful and I thought the liquor was very good also. The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful beach that they keep spotles and the pools are also kept spotless. I intend to stay there every trip to Cozumel. |
