Very nice Hotel

We have been there after a roundtrip. The Hotel is very great, but very nice. The rooms are very clean and silent in Block No. 5 and 6, also the pools, restaurants, which offer great meals. There are a lot of bars and a great garden area.

It's a long flight out but well worth it. The hotal grounds are superbly kept and the staff are friendly. The hotel has 5 pools, we spent most of the time at the adult only pool. Food at the buffet restaurant have an excellent variety and the 5 bookable restaurants mean you never need to be bored. The Italalian is probably best. Don't be taken in by the "Steak" House, it offers pork, lamb and sausage, it's actually Brazilian. The entertainment, whilst not up our street seemed OK. Rooms have good beds and Sky television so you can watch CSI/Kojak!The trips organised by Vallarta Adventures were all good value. Don't miss the whale watching! Flight back only 9.5 hours, so much better. Wall to ceiling sunshine, cannot find fault. Go - and have a great time.

Large resort, lots of activites. Small friendly town 10 minutes down the beach. Bus ride 30 minutes to Puerto Vallarta. Very clean and friendly staff. Lots to do other than sit on the beach all day. Family friendly or ask for the adult only building with it's own pool, bar, etc.

Top Local Tips for Bucerias

mexican boutique-beach After the "Pond des baisers" you have a lot of mexican boutique with good bargain. Also don't miss the sunday mexican market typical mexican market style. Go to Distillaradass Playa, take a 20 minutes bus ride(.90 cents) it's worth the ride. Also you can get good food on the beach.

Buses Buses were very frequent, with directions easy to navigate.
