My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. When we entered the room it looked like something out of a horror film. There were no "real" windows. The windows consisted of plastic shutters, there was no air conditioning, and the ceiling fan they had, looked like it was going to fly off when you turned it on. There was literally dirt all over the floor. The bathroom was the size of a hall closet, when you turned the shower on EVERYTHING got wet because it wasn't separate from the rest of the bathroom i.e. toilet/sink. There didn't provide us with any bath towels or washcloths. After our first nights' stay we left to see some sites and when we got back our so called comforters that were on the bed when we left were gone and they were never returned. No new sheets or anything were put on the bed the entire time we stayed there. There was no chance of room service, and the pool they had didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. To sum it all up the hotel was disgusting, we didn't expect it to be the Ritz Carlton but really, words can't describe how horrible the room and stay was. American's DO NOT STAY at this hotel unless you want your trip ruined.
