Car broke down just outside of Destruction Bay and we had to stay for two days. Everyone was super friendly and helpful -- the state worker who rescued us, the mechanic who help me with the car and the staff at Talbot. Room was warm, shower hot and food excellent.

Highly recommended!

Thank goodness Talbot Arms is there and open in the winter! It was our stop over from Juneau to Fairbanks. Food was good, staff is friendly and helpful. The shower had lots of hot water and great pressure! We'll definitely be back.

The Talbot Arm is an entity unto itself! The staff are super fun and friendly and love to party! Especially B! E is great in the bar if she would only get off her new laptop! The monthly collage night is not to be missed! Come and check out the good times!

For its location way out in the middle of nowhere, it is exceptionally clean and the staff are most welcoming! not bad at all.
