This motel is THE worst motel I have ever stayed at in me life. The thermostat doesn't work in half the rooms. The showers don't drain when you are showering, the carpet is terrible. The ceil stains really topped it off. The pillows are flat and shitty. The taps at the sinks don't shut off and when they do they drip and keep you up. The doors don't seal and a huge draft is blowing in. The topper is that it is in a bad part of town.

Absolutely the worst experience ever, your life is in mortal danger if you plan to stay in this inner city hooker den.

Forced to stay at this motel as a result of no other accomodations available in Regina that night. (Sir Elton John was in town). I would have been better off sleeping in the parking lot at a better motel because the room was very run down and had a bad odour of mold. Missing ceramic tile, large globs of silicone that were stained with black mold on a peeling tub surround. There was only one facecloth and that was an issue because I did not want to use the shower. Loose taps and the faucet sprayed sideways. I paid with cash, so this required a cash deposit which was next to impossibe to try get returned the next morning. Cameras had to be checked by owner first to see if in fact money was exchanged and even though video shows clearly that cash was exchanged I was accused of not paying and that he would have to contact night clerk to verify. (no answer when clerk called hmmmmm). While waiting for this another customer came in and seen what was happening and he exclaimed that this guy was doing the same exact thing to him. I phoned the Regina City Police to complain but they advised me that this was a matter for my Lawyer so this is what I am proceeding with. One wonders how ofton this is happening to unsuspecting customers, but not enough people complain about these types of situations. Note: I do not drink or smoke and was in town for business, my VISA was maxed out otherwise I would have used it. Lesson learned.

Amazing! It is wondrous and it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at!!!
