Our Room Was Gross With the stench of smoke sure we were in a smoking room but were not smokers and we have a pet so they put you in a smoking room. The room's walls were black from smoke and the smell was right beside the beds so someone must have been smoking in bed. The Breakfast was free but it was nothing special. So To Comfort in Regina Change your pet rules or lose our business. And Comfort Inn is also over priced. Goodbye Comfort Inn!

My blow dryer was broke, I was told there was no more asked again and they gave me a new one in a box, didn't bother to even set it up. The hideabed was a single was told double not enough room for my family. 2 worst nights I had in a hotel. After them asking me how my stay was I told them and they didn't seem to care! The fact that the beds were so small my daughter ended up falling out of bed and had to take her to emergency a she got 6 stitches above her eye.
