No temperature control

There was no temperature except HOT! We couldn't sleep as it was too hot, there was no way to control the temperature in our room. Also the bathroom light was burnt out. We asked for it to be repaired when we checked in at 10:15am and they never came to fix it at all. And we had no control of the channels on our TV as the remote batteries were dead. However, the rooms were clean and the waterslides and the pool/hottub were great.

Poor Management. We checked in and was sent to 4 rooms before getting a room that was so called clean. The floor was not vaccumed, tables not wiped, coffee supplies only included the coffee, no sugar etc. The bed was made, however towelettes from the casino where under the bedcovers. So can conclude that the sheets where not changed. Called to put in a complaint and was told they would call back. 2 days later I called the Manager again, and was told that someone else would be dealing with it, however so far no one has returned my calls. We are frequent travelers and would not recommend this facility.
