Best Value For Your Dollar. Excellent!!!

This place was AMAZING! The rooms for immaculate and spacious. Their standard queen rooms put most suites to shame. We checked in late, and the girl at the desk actually offered us a snack from the breakfast room before we retired, and she offered to leave the hot tub open later for us to use. That's service. The continental breakfast has waffles and fresh whipped cream, and the hot tub/fitness room was excellent. The second night we were pleasantly surprised to find that the strict policies for school/youth teams meant that our stay wasn't ruined. They will not allow the teams in the fitness area, or let them linger in the halls and lobbies. There was no noise, and no disruption. The whole place is beautiful. The price may seem high (Currently $99 for a standard), but we checked with the other hotels in the area, and they were no more than ten dollars less. Amazing place. I'd stay again any time.

a) Ice machines not working, not on each floor either
b) For some reason, which escapes me, both jacuzzi/hot tub is "broken" and can't be fixed for before we leave in 3 days.
c) Same goes for the excercise room...all equipement off limits as needs servicing, not until next week, and service repairs come from US
d) hotel guest computer off line and not operational
e) management unavailable at 7pm to discuss the issues...
f) Never saw a hotel put up signs that they will charge you extra if your towels are "excessively soiled"...whatever that means....
