We took the Fondu package, which gave us a fondu supper and a room with a jacuzzi and queen size bed. We had acess to the spa and sauna. It cost just over 200$ for a nights stay.

Upon arriving, we were immediatly informed that they had 2 people quit their job that morning, so they were under staff. The owners told us that there had been a mistake in our room reservation, so they had "upgraded" us to a larger room with a king size bed. We were very happy to hear that, until we walked into our room. The heating was OFF, there was a single mattress propped up against the wall, and there was no hot water! We went to complain, and they apologized again, and said they would remove the matress. We then decided to go to the spa, which was located inside, what seemed to be a motel room that had been converted. I lifted up the spa cover, and was astonished to see HOW DIRTY the water was. The whole room smelt of over use of braume, and there was hairs floating in the spa with a ring of dirt. We complained about it, but never got a rebate, nor did we get our money back. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
