Simple, Quiet, Gorgeous Location, Wonderful Owners

I stayed here in 1992 and remembered it with such fondness that I looked up the place in 2005 when I was in Perce again. The simple cottages are on the edge of a gorgeous cliff overlooking the ocean and Bonaventure Island. It was my favorite place to stay on my entire trip in 1992! In 2005 when I returned the owners were so kind that they let me camp in the field nearby (I was camping on this second trip) and they invited me into their home to view a video made by the father, one of the last remaining people (still alive) who lived on Bonaventure Island before it became a park. The owners are wonderful, lovely people and the place is a quiet and beautiful haven, although not fancy (which is my preference). Stay there! You'll love it and the owners!
