I paid $75/night, and it was pretty good. The receptionists were very cool and friendly. I think it's one of the best Motels on St-Jacques, except Chablis. Highly recommended!!! Ps: if you want something fancy then don't go there.

It is not a classy 5 star hotel but it is understandable because you get what you pay. I usually go there for short stays and stayed once for overnight and I payed $75 for the night. It's a standard room with cable tv and a separate washroom and open 24hrs....i guess all motels are...One thing I like about it is that parking is never a problem. once my friend came from t.o and brought his trailer, there was no problem parking the huge thing...

The worst in everything

This motel provides the worst accommodations that I stayed in in my entire life - including motels, hostels and camping sites - and I have traveled a lot. It is below any acceptable standards, including Montreal's. I was looking for budget accommodation on my way from Ottawa to Montreal late at night. The staff was so rude; at 2:00am, my check-in time, I was greeted by two guys who apparently have no people skills at all. I paid $50 for a few hours of sleep (I had to leave early the next morning), and out of 5 hours, I slept about half an hour. It turns out that this place is a favorite hangout lots of other elements that make your staying there extremely inconvenient. My phone call to the front desk, to try to address the problems, were answered in a very rude manner. The room itself is disgusting. It was so run down and dirty, that I actually considered giving the idea up and go sleep in my car. The noise started at around 2:30am. I called the front desk, only to hear that these people are there simply waiting for a taxi cab. My attempts to reach the management failed. Keep out. This is the worst place I've ever stayed in.

If you like prostitutes and noise...

If you like whores and a lot of noise this may be the place for you. If you enjoy doing crack cocaine then this is the place for you. They wanted to charge me $200 per night despite the fact that the Montréal governor board of motels says this place cannot charge over 70$. I imagine the fellow who looked like a prostitute himself thought we wanted a whore, which I am guessing is included in the price. The place looked like a loony bin, so many drug addicts in the room. All the motels on St Jacques are like this, except the one across the street, the hotel is clean but the owner himself is a drug addict.
