Worst Hotel in Montreal!

Worst Hotel in Montreal! If you need to be in Lasalle DO NOT STAY THERE, the 15-20 mins travel is worth it. I made 4 reservations for people from the US and decided to stay there because of closeness of work. We move everybody after the second night. There was a fight in the lobby at 4am, pimps and prostitutes going in and out and other shady activities. You can rent by the hour, and free 24hrs -------- [porn,] -------- that information does not appear on the website. 10 days after I am still waiting to hear back from the manager on hefty charge on my credit card.

I travel a lot across North America and so far this is the worst hotel I stayed in.

Very, Very bad customer Servoce

I though it was only because the customer was mad at them, but no, I call for reserved a room, and the attendant was very rude with me on the phone, and he gaves me a price for the room, but when I told him, I was looking for the government rate, he told me I have to send the request by e-mail. when I did that the rate was more than if you were not with the government, I call back and he was again very rude, he told me the rate was more than 10 minutes ago, and he knows all the other hotel was full for the date I was requesting. I'm not refering this Hotel to anybody.

I was amazed at the total lack of friendliness that I experienced as a guest. The two rooms I was in in a three day stay were all equally dirty (sheets, bath, even towels had old stains!!!) And the staff, particularly the manager, was extremely arrogant when I asked to have another room! The manager looked at me with disdain...unbelievable!!!
