I found the staff helpful and very friendly. The pillows/matress are the most comfortable you will ever sleep on, and for the price you can't do better!

The hotel charges for services that are usually complimentary everywhere else. I also had trouble with my bill and could not get a customer service representative on the phone. I kept getting a recording.
