Staff not really friendly and arguing because I booked a King and was given doubles... Eventually got rooms changed but what a surptise for a Hyatt... smelly, old paint, dirty bathroom NEVER AGAIN!!! AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS

There are definitely problems with several aspects of my stay here. I stayed for a week on a business trip, and noticed a few things right off the bat. Poor lighting in the bathroom (noticably bad), no fitted sheets so I regularly woke up on a bare mattress, no safe in the room for valuables, and the housekeeping did not refresh items that had run out (such as shampoo and toilet paper). Very unacceptable for such an expensive room. On the bright side, it's a very good location. I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it even if you get a better deal.
