it's not my first time at visitel, but this time was better by far than any other time with all the renovation they've done and still doing. Like always quite, clean, and cozy.

Tiny room, bad service, dirty, unaccommodating staff, laughable continental breakfast, blatant fire hazards in room, inadequate bedding, dangerous, unlit stairwell(top floor), frigid bathing water.
