Top Local Tips for Montreal

Mado If you're not a homophobic person, check out Mado. It's a crazy bar with a caboret show and a lot of fun. My girfriend and I were welcomed in and had a great time. Gay's and straight people are welcome!

Much fun to be had - but the most aggressive homeless people I have ever seen! So there is lots to see and do in Montreal - but along St. Catherines street (where most of the fun is) there is a VERY aggressive group of homeless population... that run up to you (literally) and if you dont contribute to their cause they curse at you... a couple of times I was afraid for my personal safety. And I'm a BIG fellow that most people would not mess with.
