Great location, nice cheap hotel

We've stayed here for 3 jazz fests and loved it. The staff gives you a key and leaves you alone; although they can advise for places to eat, etc. The price for this location is great - it's just north-east of Rue St. Denis and the Jazz Fest. Rooms are clean.
