Every member of the staff here is always courteous, helpful and friendly. The food and service in the bar and restaurant is extremely good. I stay here regularly and would not think of changing. Rooms are very clean with clean and comfortable beds and bedclothes. In the bar and restaurant I've met many people staying at the Holiday Inn next door who come to the Courtyard to eat. If I had to make a critical remark, it would be that there's no sundry shop where one can buy magazines, candy bars, etc. but the Holiday Inn next door has one and there's a nice little shop on the same block that has all kinds of sundry items, magazines, food for the room, etc.

Jazz Festival Montreal's Jazz festival is amazing Draw back many streets in the area are closed to drivers in the evening resulting in traffic jams allow extra time and Good Luck finding parking!
Old Port a must-see If you've never been to Montreal, the Old Port is a must-see. The recently expanded museum down there is a great overview of the development of Montreal. It's easy to get lost in the bustle of downtown, but don't forget the Port!
