A small little hotel near the bus voyageur terminus. great staff and very clean room. Very polite service and the price were very very good for this part of town.

My recommendation is that you cross the street

The hotel was not very clean. It is very run down and not well maintained. The mattresses have holes in them, bedding has cigarette burns and the bathrooms are beyond disgusting. Bathroom curtains are mouldy, tiles are missing and the grout is so dirty it is mostly black. The bathroom fan was hanging from the ceiling and did not work. Breakfast consists of coffee, toast and cheap margarine and jam. The rate is cheap, however for $15 more you can get a great hotel across the street.
