Bus driver, comedy, servers, GREAT

Very disappointed with food and rooms. Meals were skimpy and didn't always taste fresh and as for the rooms, they were NOT clean. The coffee machine was not emptied and clean when we arrived and the floor had not been vacuumed. Our beds were not made on the second day. Prior to this I have been here four times and every other trip was very satisfactory. I can assure you this will be our LAST. Although I must commend your servers, entertainers (comedy) and bus driver (JOE) for a SUPERB job. THANK YOU!!! Our trip would have been a disaster without you. Very Disappointed tourist.

We had a wonderful, wonderful trip with your coach tour and stayed at your hotel. The group from Kirkland Lake just a few weeks ago. The trip I have ever taken. Tous les employes sont superbe. Beaucoup de plaisir. Merci sincerement.

Wonderful Experience

IN September of 2005 we travelled to Magog with the Labatt Retiree Group and stayed at your hotel. It was the most wonderful vacation experience we have ever had. The hospitality, cuisine and entertainment were all excellent. The dining staff were so friendly and charming and the dining room entertainment was hilarious - especially the brandy send off each morning at breakfast. It was a sad time when we had to depart and can't wait to return. Quebec is just full of hospitality and charm wherever you go.
