Very nice and luxurious thematic suites. Very original. Breakfast offered on a very nice and romantic terrace with garden.

I had a regular room, it was very clean, location is bad, industrial zone away from civilization, 79$/night not bad

My boyfriend and I spent a night at "le fabreville motel & suites". We are a young couple, but not easily fooled. We first surfed the net to check the prices for the different room and suites. Let me just mention, the prices on the site vs. the prices the staff mentioned when we got there were very far from one another, Example.. we saw $120 for a suite on the site, once there the same room was " $160 ". Don't get me wrong we visited more than one room to pick one out we liked the most. They at least gave us that option, Most suites were beautiful, but not quite clean... especially the bathrooms. We walked into one suite that had "just finished being cleaned".. the sheets and cover on the bed looked as if some kids had been jumping on it. When I walk into a room I expect a crisp, clean, good smelling room.
Overall, le fabreville motel & suites isn't my favorite by far. The staff seems really shady, the area is very dark, the rooms are not the best smelling and the prices seem to change by customer.
You can give it a try if you'd like....
