The only good thing - The Jacuzzi tub. Everything else was horrible! The attendant at the desk was so rude when we asked her to call a taxi. When we returned with a friend who drove us back after our xmas party and invited him to the room for a drink, we were informed thst we couldn't "park" where we were. 10 minutes later, our phone rang and we were told that if our "guest" was staying we needed to pay extra, we informed them that our guest would be leaving in less than 1/2 an hour. When we complained the next morning, we were informed that they have problems with "STREET GANGS" hence, the gorilla and automatic assumption that we would be gang members!!! For $230 a night, we found the harrasment too much! Small, cheap, paper quality towels; rude desk attendants, horrible coffee.....if you want to spend your money, spend it elsewhere.....at Motel Ideal in Ste. Rose, your money will be wasted!!
