Not a bad place to stay for budget travellers, we paid around 65$ for our room. Pros: Cable TV, clean, A/C, free parking, located in the heart of Laval, and obviously the PRICE, close to the highway leading to downtown of Montreal Cons: no clock/radio in our room, noise from construction nearby starting at 8am,

We paid just 65$ for a double bed room, free parking, friendly staff.
