Stay away!!

The Web site looked ok and people friendly on the phone. But don't let that fool you! This place is a dump (too bad we can't give a 0 rating on this review) and the 4 hour rates, which are not on the site and not mentioned to you when booking, as well as location in town clearly is not for anyone of mid to high class or income. Unfortunately we arrived at 1:30 am one of the busiest weekend of the year and had little choice but to stay for the night. The place smelled, the staircase and floors were disgustingly dirty and the staircase seems to be coming apart at the seams. Thank goodness the sheets were clean enough to sleep in but we kept clothes on. "Continental breakfast" was a joke (two bagels in a bag sitting next to a toaster on top of a microwave in the dingy bar area) and there was no way we would think about it. Thankfully we were able to locate another hotel for subsequent nights and this hotel reimbursed us for the nights we were not going to stay. They actually asked us why we didn't want to stay. Our only reaction was "are you kidding?" If you want a raunchy time in the sack staring at mirrors in a dirty motel then this is definitely your place! If you want a clean and reliable place to stay ... keep looking! I do have to admit though ... the first lady at the front desk (which had what appeared to be bullet proof glass and door around it and a selection of alcohol behind it for sale) was nice.

Not a bad place to stay for budget travellers, we paid around 65$ for our room.

Pros: Cable TV, clean, A/C, free parking, located in the heart of Laval, and obviously the PRICE, close to the highway leading to downtown of Montreal

Cons: no clock/radio in our room, noise from construction nearby starting at 8am,

very impressive, huge terasse, heart shaped bed, heart shaped jacuzzi, best service ever.
