Very pleasant to talk to on phone, but beware...once you pay they are very unaccomodating. We were a family of five. There were two beds and a sleeper sofa. At bedtime we discovered there was no linen in the sofa bed. When inquired about linen, a pillow and blankets, the respose was we don't have any. I asked if they could look they came back with a pillow and two sheets, but they did not have any blankets. I had to use my own car blankets. The room was very dirty. The screens were all broken. There was black mold in the bathroom and the hairdryer was broken. My husband swept up about 200 cigarette butts outside our room. The apparent non smoking room was so bad that even after airing the room out for 5 hours, my daughter was almost throwing up in the middle of the night. We had booked for two nights, but were refused a refund after the first night.

although from the outside seemed to be an acceptable older hotel once inside the bathroom a large amount of black mold was found. The shower curtain was completely covered in black mold and a coworkers room with a stand up shower was full mold. Although the rest of the room appeared clean how clean could it have been with the bathroom that gross.

A ferrific shop Propaganda, on a nondescript stretch of Yonge Street, is a wonderful shop that focuses on Canadian artists and designers, with jewelry, toys, t-shirts, and bags the high points. Its motto is "Have fun. With style. To indulge yourself." We found lots of cool gifts and indulgences here, and we were very impressed with how well the shop is curated by its smart, cute owner. And the best thing is the affordability of everything. One of a kind and small runs of handbags and wallets,unique jewelry and other accessories, really wonderful little toys, and no wallet busting prices. We love this store. Propaganda is located at 686 Yonge Street, Toronto.
