Not quite Angelic!

As a visitor from Scotland, I rented the two bedroom cottage at Angels, thinking that it would be private and relaxing, not so, unfortunately! While we were staying there a problem arose with the hot water heater. The owner did give us keys to shower at another, much smaller, cottage which had no bath tub. Next day, a plumber was brought in to to resolve the problem. Said plumber was given access to the cottage before we had showered and dressed, around 9am, although I informed the owner that we would be leaving in an hour. I was offered no recompense for the inconvenience of having no hot water for one day of my two day stay. Disappointing.
