Very rude staff and would not ever go back
From the moment after stepping out of the car, the valet told me that my car was being targeted for crime. To the man who checked me in and wanted to charge me $30 extra for a third person and $30 extra for a room with a view. To the rude lady at the spa to the disorganized valet staff. My group of 9 ladies will not be returning to this hotel. No one offered to help with our bags or even hold the door open for us. Our room was never replenished with shampoos or towels.

Very Expensive and Rude STaff
I found the place to be very disorganized especially for a function... They did not even have the place where the function was being held... when attempted to get help from staff they were rude...and insulting...plus the food for the function was very expensive and we were grateful to get one small appetizer each. In my room it was very hot...when I phoned down to ask if something could be done it was as if I was asking for the world..an engineer finally came and said something was broken in the ceiling...I am at a loss... have stayed in countless Westin over the year and the service has always been spectacular...
