Warm Welcome

On arrival at 22:00 hrs we had a warm and friendly welcome. The Inn was very clean and rooms were excellent, the complimentary breakfast was first class. Wished I had booked for longer, before going onto Niagara Falls. Welsh Family U.K

I've been here 3 times and I plan to go again. It was built in 2003 so everything is still nice and new looking. Fairly ritzy considering you only pay $70CAD. Marble tiles, clean rooms. I found the staff friendly unlike previous post. There's no other motel in the vicinity that is as nice. Motel 27 is right nearby and it pales in comparison. It has such a high rating that I had to rate Stay Inn a 10!

I had a terrible experince with this hotel. The service was terrible (unfriendly, unhelpful staff), the rooms were terrible (air conditioning not working properly, no closet), and the management seemed more interested in taking my money, then in helping me have a good experince. (They pointed out on several occasions that my credit card had already been charged, so they really didn't care what grivences I had.) Look somewhere else.
